I became interested in the real estate profession in 2000 when my husband and I began investing in homes in North Portland. By 2003, I was hooked on housing & decided to make a career out of Real Estate Lending. I currently also manage our investment property portfolio as well as our vacation rental & have worked with my husband to build an energy efficient ADU at our primary residence. And of course, there is always another project brewing….in a nutshell, I love all things Real Estate!
Over the last few years green financing practices have galvanized within my ethical standards & creating equity opportunities for homes with ecologically sound design is at the center of those values. I believe I will better serve this ever growing & vital part of our NW housing economy as a lender with Green Mortgage NW. With a background in Economics & Education, I educate my borrowers while providing them with the highest level of service and opportunities available. A real estate transaction does not have to be stressful. My job is to minimize the “turbulence” you will feel.
Turbulence, which is a natural part of any real estate transaction, can be minimized by experience, clear communication, goals & expectations. I give my borrowers what they need to feel comfortable with the process. It’s a complicated one! But YOU don’t need to feel that, I take care of all of that for you so you can live your life AND close your transaction in a fun-loving, timely manner. (Yes, fun is possible in a real estate transaction!)
